Strategic Sales Representative

Location : Bensalem

Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute market business plan that achieves sales and margin objectives
  • Proactively identify market trends and competitive pressures and adapt strategy and plan in response
  • Coordinate with operations leaders to align on activities that affect both sales and operations
  • Accountable for achieving sales targets
  • Actively coach and develop sales team, resolve conflicts with sales staff
  • Responsible for making face-to-face sales calls to high priority customers and for developing strong and lasting relationships with key customers.
  • Support the development and review of Outside Account Manager business plans
  • Contribute to the development of the monthly sales forecast and maintain accountability for achieving aligned upon sales targets
  • Share, promote, and implement best practices
Requirement

Background:

  • Tire industry experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience
  • Experience in leading people and managing teams preferred
  • Exceptional organizational, management, and interpersonal skills

DOT Delivery Driver

Location : Bensalem

Description

Responsibilities and Duties

The DOT Delivery Driver will be responsible for supporting the Bensalem team through a variety of shipping duties including but not limited to:

  • Following a designated route for locale tire deliveries
  • Complete vehicle inspection prior to start of first delivery of the day
  • Load/Unload tires
  • Follow delivery procedure to ensure proper delivery and payment
  • Abide by all state and federal traffic laws
  • All other necessary duties assigned
Requirement

In order to fill the DOT Delivery Driver position we would like a successful candidate to have the following qualifications:

  • Valid Driver's License
  • DOT Certification Required
  • A Clean 3- Year driving record
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 21 years of age or older
  • Previous delivery driver experience preferred
  • Physically capable to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to be a team player and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Punctual
  • Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen

Warehouse Associate

Description

Job Duties:

  • Load and unload tires from the shipment containers
  • Store tire shipments in their designated warehouse location
  • Verify tire counts for all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Confirm correct pick-up and delivery information for invoices and return slips
  • Support the rest of the warehouse team by identifying and correcting product, inventory or shipment issues
  • Secure tire loads before all transports
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Conduct delivery services when needed
  • All other necessary duties assigned

  • 0-2 years of warehouse experience
